🔁 Eligibility for Exchange

• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Only size or style exchanges are allowed. We do not offer refunds at this time.

🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items

• Customized or altered dresses
• Sale or discounted items
• Accessories or innerwear (for hygiene reasons)

🔄 How to Request an Exchange

• Email us at sewinshopindia@gmail.com or WhatsApp at +91-7669914422 within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Mention your order number, item to be exchanged, and desired size/style.
• Once approved, ship the item back to us at your own cost. We will ship the new item free of charge (one-time exchange only).
